Very knowledgeable and friendly Christian was prompt, thorough and professional. He got back to me with an estimate quickly and was clear about answering all my questions. Although I went with a different brand I was impressed with the estimate process from WBH&C!

We noticed a water leaking problem in our furnace room from our 2 year old furnace. Obviously I was worried something bad had gone wrong with the relatively new unit. We called the office and were given a time window of a couple hours from the call, which I was very happy about. Fifteen minutes later a technician showed up at our door. They were able to find the problem right away. It was minor thankfully. They fixed it and were gone in 20 minutes tops.
We had another issue last summer with our air conditioner and got a similar service response. I can’t even get in to see my doctor for 3 weeks, but they respond not only same day, but within minutes or hours. Great service!

I called White Bear Heating and Cooling spoke with Rick on a Saturday after having McClellan Brothers at my house on Friday them telling me that I had a cracked heat exchanger they shut my gas off wanted to put a new furnace in on the following Monday to the tune of almost $8,000. Rick showed up on Monday and ran his own tests looked at the heat exchanger told me he did not see any issues there. the problem was a low fire heat sensor which he replaced same day furnace has been working great just wanted to say thanks to the folks at White Bear Heating and Cooling you have a customer for life .always get a second opinion.

Excellent service. The tech was friendly, on time, very knowledgeable, discussed what he did & why and also suggested a couple of things that may need to be done in the future. An entire summary was included with the invoice. I was very satisfied and would definitely use their company & services again.

Unfortunately, our central air went out at the beginning of an excessive heat warning week!!! They had empathy (our extreme uncomfortable conditions) and did ALL THEY COULD to set us up with a new system ASAP!

Lived in White Bear for over two years and have used this company for heating and humidity issues. If you call and get a recording, don’t hang up – leave a message and they will call you back almost instantly. We have had services from Richard, Christian and Chuck and all were over and above expectations. We got same day service every time we needed them – even the replacement of an old humidifier. Professional, kind, good people and if you are a “regular” you get a discount! Would not hesitate to call them again.

We just had WBHC put in a new furnace and tankless water heater. The employees who installed the items include Richard and Steve. They were very patient, professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the items. We also want to thank Amber, In the office, for being on top of all the paperwork and being so professional. We would never go anywhere else!

Richard came out to service a sluggish air conditioner. He arrived same day as the call, was very courteous and helpful, checked it all out and got things properly cooling again. A week later we called to have help with a custom vent in a remodel project. Richard once again promptly came, measured and returned a couple of days later with a custom sized vent that fit perfectly! Needless to say we LOVE Richard and White Bear Heating and Cooling.

On January 31st when it was so cold our furnace stopped working. i’m at home going thru chemo treatments and really needed to stay home and stay warm. Richard showed up promptly and was very kind and took care of our furnace. He was able to return later that night and we so appreciated that.
